This is a cookout from a few years back.  Seated on the ground is my buddy Jason having one of his many "staring contests" with my other buddy, Piccolo.  They seemed to have a connection that was always a source of entertainment.  When Piccolo died, Jason was one of the first people to offer comfort.  He mentioned how much he looked forward to Piccolo whenever he came over.  Jason left this world last week and while I'm heartbroken, angry and confused by his sudden departure, I'm at least a little comforted thinking that maybe he and Piccolo found each other on the other side and are sitting on the ground together again, staring at each other until someone initiates play time.

And Jason...it won't be the same without you.  You were one of my favorite people to work with, share ideas with and I couldn't wait to do all the great things we talked about doing.  I hope you found the answers you were looking for.  You are terribly missed.
